Following are our predictions of who will win each District in which a West Michigan team is represented. Our predictions are based on our knowledge of the teams, information we receive from coaches and trusted observers and our gut feelings.

The MHSAA State Tournament is “One and Out” – if you lose you go home. This is not the way baseball should be played to find the best team. But, it’s all that’s possible in the short time available.

So, teams that may not be as good as others will still knock off those better teams. On any given day, a great pitching performance can beat any team.
